Answer “where is my order?” before it's asked.
Mint Tracking gives your store a tracking page in your own theme and a dashboard of delayed shipments. It uses the tracking information Shopify already has for each order, so there are no carrier accounts to connect.

Fewer “where is my order?” emails, less guesswork for you
Customers get a clear answer on your own store; you see which shipments need a nudge.
Shoppers go to /apps/track on your store and see their order with your header, footer, fonts and colours: a progress bar, estimated delivery, the carrier's tracking link and every tracking update Shopify has.
Guests need the order number and the email used at checkout, both exact. Wrong guesses get the same answer as unknown orders, and repeated failures are throttled per order, per visitor and per store. Signed-in customers just click their order.
Orders that ship in parts show each package separately, with its own status, carrier, tracking history and items, plus anything that hasn't shipped yet.
In transit, out for delivery, delivered and delivery problems at a glance. A shipment is flagged as delayed when the carrier reports a delay, the estimated delivery date passes, or it has no update for the number of days you choose.
Every text on the tracking page can be edited, and dates follow the language you pick, so the page reads naturally for your customers.
A weekly email of delayed shipments, “You may also like” products from your store's own recommendations, your brand colour and an announcement at the top of the page.

Questions merchants ask
Where does the tracking information come from?
From Shopify. For each order, Mint Tracking reads what Shopify has for its shipments: tracking numbers and carrier links, the delivery status Shopify shows, estimated delivery and tracking updates. It doesn't connect to carriers itself. Tracking updates appear when Shopify receives them, for example for labels bought in Shopify or when a carrier or fulfillment app sends them. For other shipments the page shows the tracking number and the carrier's link.
How do customers find the tracking page?
It's at /apps/track on your store. Add it to your menu, place the Order tracking block on any page (for example Contact), and add the “Track your order” button to the order status page from the checkout and accounts editor. The app home walks you through each step.
Can someone look up another customer's order?
Not without both the order number and the email address used at checkout. The page gives the same answer whether the order doesn't exist or the email is wrong, and it stops accepting attempts for an order number, a visitor or the whole store after repeated failures. Signed-in customers only see their own orders.
What counts as a lookup on the Free plan?
A shopper opening an order's tracking. Opening the same order again on the same day counts once, and failed attempts don't count. After 100 lookups in a month, the page asks shoppers to use their shipping confirmation email until the next month; your dashboard keeps working.
Does it slow down my store?
No. The app embed only adds a few colour settings to your pages, with no script. The tracking page itself carries a small inline script of about 1.6 KB that runs after the page shows.
What does the app store?
For the dashboard: a copy of each shipment's status, dates and carrier name, keyed by Shopify IDs and order number, deleted 75 days after shipping. It never stores customers' names, emails, phone numbers, addresses or tracking numbers. The tracking page reads orders live from Shopify each time.
